What is Kast?

Kast is a remote application streaming tool that lets you access individual app windows from your computer on any device, with full touch and keyboard support.

Which platforms are supported?

The Kast daemon runs on Windows 10/11, macOS 11+, and Linux. The client app is available for iOS, Android, and web browsers.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All streams are end-to-end encrypted, and we never store your screen content. See our privacy policy for details.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?

Log into your account dashboard and click "Upgrade" to select a new plan. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled but are not refunded for partial months.

Technical

Why is my stream laggy?

Stream quality depends on your network connection. Try reducing the quality setting in the app, or use a wired connection on your host computer. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming.

The daemon won't start. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Restart your computer, 2) Reinstall the daemon, 3) Check if your antivirus is blocking it. If issues persist, contact support.

Can I stream multiple windows at once?

Currently, you can stream one window per session. You can switch between windows without ending the session.

Does Kast work over mobile data?

Yes, though we recommend WiFi for the best experience. Mobile data may result in higher latency and reduced quality depending on signal strength.
